With the  development of Vtrification a revolutionary technique of freezing, very high success rates have been achieved and post thaw survival, and pregnancy rates are equal to fresh. Pregnancy after frozen transfer is less complicated and babies are healthier than fresh transfer. Implantation rates are better in a natural cycle as done for frozen embryos than a stimulated cycle.
