Pregnancy after frozen transfer is less complicated and babies are healthier than fresh transfer. Implantation rates are better in a natural cycle as done for frozen embryos than a stimulated cycle. Embryos are cultured in the IVF lab for 3 to 5 days. Previously all IVF centers in the world transferred embryos on day 3 when the embryo has 8 cells. Azoospermia is a condition where the semen has no sperms. Some men may have genetic defects due to which sperm production at testis is arrested, others may have undesended testis, in these men also there is a chance of getting sperms by a microscopic biopsy called micro tese.
